You’ll combine strong service with sound lending judgement, ensuring applications are managed efficiently, responsibly and in line with lending policies and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end lending journey, from enquiry and application through to contracts and settlement.
  • Assess applications, customer needs and supporting documentation in line with responsible lending requirements.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the application process and provide a high level of service.
  • Apply sound judgement and attention to detail when reviewing applications and identifying potential risks or anomalies.
  • Work within RACV Finance lending, settlement, compliance and AML/CTF requirements.
  • Manage customer concerns professionally and escalate where required.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to individual targets and positive customer outcomes.

What you’ll bring

You’re a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable balancing customer needs with responsible lending requirements.

  • Knowledge of relevant lending and compliance requirements, including NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy, RG209 and RG271, will be advantageous.

What We Offer

  • Discounts on selected RACV products and services.
  • A supportive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Ongoing learning and professional development.
