  • Cross-Client Prioritization & Alignment
  • Organize and prioritize letter-related requests across all clients.
  • Align with Client Success, Operations, and Technology teams to confirm priorities.
  • Maintain transparency and documentation of prioritization decisions.
  • Current-State Assessment & Technical Roadmap
  • Develop a deep understanding of current V1 and V2 letter solutions, documenting strengths, limitations, and pain points.
  • In partnership with Operations, Product and Engineering teams, create a prioritized roadmap for the V2 architecture that supports and aligns with NewUM migration.
  • Technical Competency & Intake Management
  • Develop technical proficiency in V2 letter architecture.
  • Evaluate and classify change requests, using T-shirt sizing.
  • Maintain a centralized log of letter requests, tracking status, prioritization, and dependencies.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Signoff (10%)
  • Define a standardized UAT signoff process for letter updates.
  • Support both tech-enabled and manual UAT workflows.
  • Ensure thorough validation and auditability before production release.
