THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a proactive Licence Application & Compliance Project Manager to provide strong support for Bnk To The Future's licence application projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 7+ years experience in Project Management and in securing regulatory licences in multiple jurisdiction, the candidate should be able to apply their experience to secure other new licences such as the Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) licenses. The role holder shall be responsible for securing and Project Managing applications for regulatory licences in multiple jurisdiction and overseeing the process of the company's regulatory licence applications. The role holder shall report to the senior compliance teams such as Compliance Officer, Compliance Managers and AMLRO including relevant board members such as the COO. Lead and secure the license acquisition process across all relevant jurisdictions and subsequently review and analyse status of all applications for completeness and accuracy; Responsible for leading regulatory examinations and audits of Bnk To The Future's licenses; Monitor expiration of licenses and deadlines for other regulatory requirements such as quarterly and annual reports; Partner with business stakeholders to develop process improvements to ensure that new and existing products comply with policies and applicable multi-jurisdictional laws and regulations; Handle queries and questions on the Compliance Program from the business and support functions; Continually identify opportunities for efficiencies while escalating any control deficiencies; Liaise with technical team in relation to regulatory and compliance changes and update; Manage and update KYC department in line with application application status; Due to the nature of Crypto sector, you will be required to work and support teams in all departments, covering multiple and varied tasks. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in global compliance (multi-jurisdictions) within the financial services or cryptocurrency industries; 7+ years Project Management experience with excellent organisation skills; Legal qualification is desirable but not essential, however must have a good legal mind; Working knowledge of AML requirements, sanctions, and consumer risks with familiarity applying compliance frameworks to crypto assets and products Must have excellent judgment and analysis with the capacity to research complex multi-jurisdictional laws relating to regulatory licences, be able to deliver a concise summary and make sound recommendation based on accurate findings; Very good understanding of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions programs and the applicable legislation across relevant jurisdictions; Good understanding of global securities law and the ability to research global legislation in relation to regulatory licence application; Self-motivated, critical and analytical thinker, and adept at working independently and in a remote team environment covering multiple and varied tasks; Excellent presentation and communication skills. Work From Home BF contractors shall be required to work virtually ("work from home") and securely (maintaining the highest level of security), using your own secured wifi services/network and cloud based applications. All cloud based applications shall be determined by BF. For enhanced security, BF requires that Contractors shall work from their own device using Apple Mac devices ONLY (MacBook or desktops).
