Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)

TThird Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours toward licensure, and grow through continuing education with supervision built in. This is a part-time, hourly W-2 position based in Massachusetts. At Third Space Therapy, we offer Flexible scheduling. What you'll need A valid LCSW license in good standing in Massachusetts A Master's degree in Social Work, with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for confidential virtual sessions Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus We're looking for therapists who bring A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies Third Space Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
