Backpack Healthcare provides accessible mental health care to children, teens, and young adults , all through telehealth. Whatever brings you to part-time work, we've built this role with flexibility in mind. 🌟 What This Role Looks Like You'll carry a caseload of approximately 15–22 sessions per week , providing individual and family therapy through telehealth. Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM) —when children and teens are actually available after school. Weekend availability is a plus. You build your schedule. We provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing. Your day-to-day will include: 🩺 Conducting intakes and developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans 💻 Providing individual and family therapy through secure telehealth 🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists 📋 Maintaining timely, accurate documentation in our EHR 👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting families through education, care coordination, and collaborative treatment 🌱 Participating in clinical consultation and contributing to a culture of high-quality care 💰 Competitive Pay + Monthly Bonus Potential We want part-time clinicians to have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation while maintaining the flexibility they need.
