Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor to join our team. LCSW required in Oregon. Candidates must be a board approved supervisor through the Oregon Board of Social Workers. Please note: we are not hiring LPC or LMFT supervisors at this time. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of clinical services provided by our team of associates. This position is an integral part of our commitment to providing the best possible care to our clients as well as our budding professional therapists. Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for working 32 hours a week and will be assigned up to 5 CSWA associates. 20-23 hours will be spent seeing patients, 3-4 hours supervising associates individually and providing clinical management (depending on number of associates assigned), and 4 hours spent writing notes/following up on administrative duties weekly. Additionally, 1-2 hours a month will be spent providing group supervision, depending on number of associates assigned, and 2 hours once a month will be spent in our monthly team meeting. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to a team of no more than 5 associates at WWC in accordance with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers' guidelines and standards. Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among associates by assisting them in setting professional development goals, providing constructive feedback, and offering guidance on best practices. Case Consultation: Conduct case consultations and review clinical documentation to ensure adherence to ethical standards and evidence-based practices. Clinical Oversight: Monitor the overall clinical quality of services provided by associates, ensuring that client needs are met and that services are delivered in a culturally sensitive manner. Ensure clinicians are turning in clinical notes on time and that correct note templates are being utilized. Return notes not in compliance to associates and follow up. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, policies, and licensing requirements pertaining to associates in Oregon and Washington, and ensure that associates under supervision are compliant. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other supervisors and department heads to ensure seamless integration of clinical services within the organization. Mentoring and Support: Provide emotional support and mentorship to associates, assisting them in managing challenging cases and personal stressors. Provide crisis interventions/support for associates during approved admin time if needed (Supervisors only work slated hours and do not work after hours.) Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to clinical supervision activities. Assist associates in becoming supervisees as well as turning in monthly time sheets towards licensure requirements. This position reports to the clinical team manager as well as the company owner. Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in Oregon. Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience in social work. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in social work practice. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Comfortability using online platforms such as zoom, google workspace, excel, etc. Ability to pass background check. Can provide professional as well as personal referrals. Work Environment: This position is for remote work (potential for hybrid dependent on in office availability) in Oregon.
