Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Nevada Location: Nevada Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health services to clients across Nevada. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and experience supporting individuals with a range of mental health and psychosocial concerns. Care is delivered with attention to each client’s clinical needs, personal circumstances, available support systems, and access to appropriate resources. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments to identify client needs Provide counseling and behavioral health support within the scope of LCSW practice Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and respond to changes in clinical or psychosocial needs Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other members of the care team Educate clients and families on coping strategies, available services, and community resources Coordinate referrals and additional support when appropriate Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation Follow applicable Nevada licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics A Master’s in Social Work from a recognized institution. Active LCSW licensure in Nevada. Previous experience supporting older adult populations. Expertise in clinical evaluations and developing effective interventions.
