Shared Path Psychotherapy Group is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing practice. This is a full-time, remote position providing individual psychotherapy through telehealth.

Position Responsibilities
The clinician will be responsible for providing high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services, including:
Building trusting and supportive therapeutic relationships with clients
Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
Providing ongoing individual psychotherapy via telehealth
Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
Utilizing evidence-informed, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches
Assessing and responding appropriately to safety concerns and clinical crises
Collaborating with other healthcare providers and members of a client's treatment team when appropriate
Participating in weekly clinical supervision and consultation
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state(s) where services will be provided
Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans
Strong clinical judgment and understanding of ethical and professional standards
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining engaged with a collaborative clinical team
Comfortable working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of presenting concerns
