We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our leadership team in a supervisory role – someone who's passionate about clinical excellence and ready to collaborate closely with the Clinic Director. In this role, you'll help oversee clinic performance and operations alongside the Clinic Director — assisting with staffing, providing clinical resources, and handling administrative oversight for the team. Full benefits for full-time employees including medical, dental & vision 401K plan Paid to Provide Supervision separate from your own client work Continuing Education Reimbursement Hybrid work schedule Flexible schedule with significant autonomy Comfortable, furnished offices in a welcoming environment Responsibilities Include: Supervision and Consultation Participate in the weekly Clinic Director meeting• Provide weekly individual supervision and group supervision for master's level clinicians Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation Administrative Troubleshoot issues within Valant and billing Support clinic staff development Partner with CD to support administrative changes as needed Coordinate with CD to support the hiring process Coordinate office supply orders with Clinic Director Clinic Oversight Assist CD with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload Serve as back-up for CD when they are out of the office Additional duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.) Preferred PsyD as we are looking for a multi-disciplinary team. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice Experience with Supervising Pre-Licensed Clinicians Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
