About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will provide individualized mental health services remotely through our secure telehealth platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based individual psychotherapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
- Coordinate psychiatric referrals when appropriate.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to promote continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Arizona licensing requirements.
About You
We are seeking compassionate, motivated therapists who value clinical excellence, professional independence, and consistent patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.
- Commitment to maintaining consistent patient availability.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
