Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Citizen Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting and policy servicing, with a strong understanding of insurance products and customer service best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quoting Build complete and correct quotes across carriers Ensure coverage, limits, and deductibles align with client needs and prior policies Navigate carrier systems efficiently and produce quotes within expected timeframes 2. Policy Servicing Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and rewrites correctly Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the system Identify and flag any coverage gaps or inconsistencies Requirements U.S. Citizen (Mandatory) Active US Insurance Health & Life License (required) 1 year of experience in the insurance industry Proven knowledge of Health & life insurance Knowledge of quoting processes and policy servicing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Benefits Remote Position Paid Time Off Paid Family & Medical leaves
