When a customer calls to cancel, gets hit with a rate increase, or is shopping around, you're the one who listens, reviews their coverage, finds the discounts and options that make sense, and gives them a reason to stay. No sales quota. Not even a small one.
At many Allstate agencies, even the service team carries a sales quota. Ours doesn't. You're measured on customers kept, not policies sold.
What your day looks like
- Taking cancellation and rate-increase calls and working to keep the policy
- Reviewing coverage and discounts to find a better fit within Allstate
- Following up on pending cancellations and lapses before it's too late
- Being calm, patient, and clear with customers who are upset

Compensation
- $22/hour with 3+ years of Allstate experience; exceptional candidates with less experience considered at $20/hour
- Retention bonuses when retention improves
Benefits

- Health insurance after 90 days, with 50% of the employee's cost paid
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 Central. Fully remote.
Requirements
- Active P&C license
- Allstate agency experience, 3+ years preferred
- Exceptional communication skills: calm, persuasive, and confident with frustrated customers
- Texas residents preferred
Occasional cross-sell opportunities pay 10% commission, uncapped.
You'll be employed by Sharie Withers Agency, LLC, doing business as Day One Insurance Group, an independently owned Allstate agency.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
