Serve high-net-worth households with consultative, needs-based coverage conversations across auto, home, umbrella, and commercial lines. Build and maintain lasting relationships with Spanish- and English-speaking clients in-person and by phone. Conduct coverage reviews and proactively cross-sell to protect clients' full financial picture. Maintain accurate CRM records and stay current on Allstate products and compliance requirements. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Fluent in Spanish and English — spoken and written fluency is essential for the clients we serve Active CT P&C or Personal Lines license preferred — or seriously committed to getting licensed before your start date Minimum 6 months proven sales experience — you know how to generate business and close deal.
