Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team as a fully remote 1099 independent contractor. In this flexible role, you will provide high-quality teletherapy and psychosocial support to clients based in Texas, allowing you to build your own schedule and manage your caseload autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans via telehealth.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis management as needed.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Work collaboratively with an LCSW clinical supervisor as required by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners (TSBSWE).

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited institution.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted LMSW license in the state of Texas.

• Technical: Reliable high-speed internet, a private workspace for HIPAA-compliant sessions, and your own computer/equipment.

• Supervision: Must have or be willing to secure an active LCSW supervisor (if accruing clinical hours).

• Skills: Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
