EPIC Health Partners is hiring compassionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHPs) to join our Mobile Crisis Program. This critical role provides crisis assessments, intervention, stabilization, and community-based behavioral health support to individuals experiencing acute mental health =needs. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help connect individuals to timely, person-centered care while promoting safety and recovery in the community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver direct crisis intervention and stabilization services within the community. Conduct assessments and collaborate with individuals and the treatment team to develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs). Utilize de‑escalation techniques and provide basic mental health education to support individual stabilization. Accurately document all service notes and submit documentation within 24 hours of service delivery. Ensure all documentation, including required signatures, is uploaded in a timely manner and that all charts remain 100% compliant. Assist with care coordination through referrals and discharge planning to connect individuals with appropriate internal and external behavioral health resources. Maintain compliance with Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) standards and organizational policies. Participate in team meetings, supervision, training, and quality improvement activities. Qualifications Active registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling DBHDS Statewide Crisis Training Certification Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Licensed in Virginia as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist. Minimum of one year of clinical experience working with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Successful completion of background check, Central Registry clearance, and TB screening. Work Location and Schedule: This is a community-based position requiring in-person service delivery throughout the assigned service area. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends may be required.
