Responsibilities: Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practices to support client progress and recovery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Engage with clients in crisis intervention and support during challenging situations. Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with community resources. Requirements: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field. Active and unrestricted state licensure as a mental health professional. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and crisis intervention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. This is a remote position. Compensation: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour Heart2Heart Home Healthcare, Inc. provides professional, compassionate support services by certified nursing assistants which allow individuals we serve to live safely in their homes. Home care can be the key to achieving the highest quality of life possible. It can enable safety, security, and increased independence, ease the management of an ongoing medical condition, help avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, and can aid with recovery after an illness, injury, or hospital stay—all through the care given in the comfort and familiarity of the home.
