Responsibilities Join a mentorship team led by an experienced agent who develops you through live transactions Rotate through all roles in a deal — client consultation, showings, listing preparation, transaction coordination, and negotiation — to master the complete transaction Work company-generated leads alongside your mentor and team mates Serve first-time and affordable-housing buyers, with care and professionalism Follow current practice requirements, including written buyer-representation agreements before showings Grow toward independent production, with sourcing bonuses that reward the business you bring in yourself Requirements Ohio real estate salesperson license — the newly licensed are genuinely welcome No history of violations or disciplinary actions by any State Licensing Board or Professional Trade Organization Coachable, hardworking, and motivated to build a real estate career Career-changers welcome — mission alignment and work ethic matter more than prior real estate experience A genuine desire to serve people well and be part of a collaborative team Proficient with technology or willing to learn; comfortable with Microsoft 365 and modern tools This list of responsibilities is not all-inclusive; the successful candidate will perform other related duties as assigned.
