The agency is seeking to add to our licensed insurance sales team. We offer comprehensive insurance solutions and personalized coverage options for our clients. Responsibilities: * Build relationships with potential clients and analyze their insurance needs * Educate clients about insurance policies and recommend suitable coverage options * Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients * Maintain Strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service. * Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets Requirements: * Must have a property & casualty or personal lines license * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self Motivated and results - oriented mindset * Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM Software * High school diploma or equivalent Licensed but no previous experience? No problem! We have a proven track record with our onboarding and training program where you will have a support system in place from day 1 throughout your career with our agency.
