We specialize in behavioral health services for law enforcement officers, first responders, military members, and their families. Our practice is committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical care while fostering ongoing professional growth, consultation, and interdisciplinary collaboration among our team.

What We’re Looking For:

• We are hiring for the following locations:
• Buffalo, NY - Full time In - Office position
• Syracuse, NY - Full time - Hybrid position (two days in office, three days Virtual
• Licensed in NYS Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC)
• Experience working with first responders, military personnel, and their families. This can encompass:
• Individual work (couples, adults and teens/kids),
• Group work
• Couples and family therapy.
• Specialized Trauma Training: Must be certified in EMDR, PET, CPT, Grief and Loss or another evidence-based trauma modality
• Availability for some evenings & one weekend day
• A passion for working with those who serve and their families
