You have a clear vision of where your career can go. And we have the leadership to help you get there. At CNA, we strive to create a culture in which people know they matter and are part of something important, ensuring the abilities of all employees are used to their fullest potential.

CNA’s Long-Term Care (LTC) business unit is not your typical slow moving insurance company; we have the resources of a large company behind us and operate with a start-up mindset. With a team of over 50 across multiple insurance disciplines of Operations, Claim, Anti-Fraud, Finance, Actuarial and Data Analytics, we move quickly and have clear insight into how we make an impact. With approximately $14b in reserves serving 300k policyholders, CNA’s LTC business is an important strategic priority for CNA.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage financial expertise to support critical business processes and assist in advising business partners. Come work in a highly collaborative environment with key internal leaders and stakeholders to support profitability and risk mitigation strategies. Use your financial skillset and strengths to deliver deeper insights into income statement results and operational metrics, optimize and streamline reporting and processes, build out new analytical resources, participate in special projects, and be a key player in financial and operational forecasts and plans.
