We are looking for a motivated, licensed Life & Health Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing insurance agency in Eufaula, Oklahoma.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys talking with people, identifying their needs, building relationships, and helping families protect what matters most. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining time in our Eufaula office with the flexibility to work from home.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new Life and Health insurance opportunities through leads, referrals, existing customer relationships, and outbound prospecting
- Conduct professional insurance needs conversations with prospective and existing customers
- Quote and present Life and Health insurance solutions based on individual customer needs
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Cross-sell and identify additional opportunities within our existing customer base
- Build long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted resource for their insurance needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, prospects, follow-ups, and applications
- Work closely with our existing sales and service team to uncover additional Life and Health opportunities
- Meet established activity and production goals
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, competitive, personable, and comfortable being accountable for sales results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- State insurance license for life and health insurance.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Insurance sales experience is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency with insurance agency software.

Compensation: $46,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
