We're Hiring: LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist (7+ Years Experience)

Are you the person your team quietly relies on to fill the pipeline?

We're looking for a senior LinkedIn sales specialist — someone who doesn't just send connection requests, but builds systems, writes copy that converts, and turns cold profiles into booked calls.

This is a remote, flexible role. We only care about results.

What you'll own:

• Building and executing outbound LinkedIn lead gen campaigns end-to-end
• Writing high-converting connection requests, DMs, and follow-up sequences
• Identifying ideal customer profiles (ICP) and building targeted prospect lists
• A/B testing messaging and iterating based on reply rates
• Reporting on pipeline metrics weekly

You're who we're looking for if:

• You have 7+ years of hands-on LinkedIn outreach/lead gen experience
• You're currently working in a sales, BD, or growth role — not between jobs
• You've personally generated measurable pipeline from LinkedIn (numbers matter)
• You know tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar cold outreach stacks
• You think in systems, not one-off blasts

Bonus if you have:

• B2B SaaS or agency-side experience
• Experience selling to C-suite or decision-makers
• Your own documented outreach playbook
