Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads for marketing and creative services Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms Present and introduce Mad Visions' services to potential clients Build and nurture initial relationships with prospects Schedule meetings or discovery calls with interested prospects Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-ups Requirements Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services is a plus Professional and confident approach to outreach Working Hours Fully remote with flexible working hours Partial availability for client time zones when required Compensation Structure This role begins as a commission-based position Attractive commission offered for each successful client/project secured Growth Opportunity: The first 2 months will be a performance-based trial period Based on consistent performance and lead generation results, the role will transition to a base salary + commission structu re Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for freelancers, sales professionals, and individuals with strong networking abilities who are motivated to earn based on performance and results, with the opportunity to grow into a more stable compensation structure.
