We’re Hiring: LinkedIn Talent Acquisition & Business Development Executive – US IT Staffing

Are you a US IT Staffing professional who knows how to find candidates on LinkedIn, recruit technical talent, and generate new business opportunities?

We are looking for a LinkedIn Talent Acquisition & Business Development Executive who can independently use LinkedIn as a primary tool for candidate sourcing, headhunting, recruitment, and client acquisition.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Source qualified IT professionals directly through LinkedIn using advanced search techniques.
• Identify, approach, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite.
• Conduct proactive headhunting rather than relying only on job applications.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical candidates for US staffing requirements.
• Screen candidates and assess technical experience, availability, work authorization, and suitability.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing → screening → submission → interview coordination → onboarding.

Business Development

• Identify potential US IT staffing clients through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Research companies, hiring managers, recruiters, and decision-makers.
• Send professional outreach messages and build relationships with potential clients.
• Generate new staffing requirements and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage the client acquisition pipeline.

Bench Marketing

• Market available bench consultants to relevant US clients and vendors.
• Identify suitable requirements and opportunities for bench candidates.
• Coordinate candidate submissions and placement opportunities.

Client & Candidate Management

• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, submissions, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and client records.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and headhunting.
• Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite.
• Ability to independently find IT candidates through LinkedIn, not simply post jobs and wait for applications.
• Experience sourcing technical profiles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, etc.
• Understanding of US IT staffing processes, W2, C2C, 1099, work authorization, and onboarding.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify and approach US clients and hiring decision-makers through LinkedIn.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate both candidates and clients.

• You have only general HR/recruitment experience.
• You have never independently sourced candidates through LinkedIn.
• You rely primarily on job portals and incoming applications.
• You are not comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
• You have no experience or understanding of the US IT Staffing market.

💰 Compensation

PKR 40,000 – 45,000 Base Salary + Industry-Leading Commission Structure
