We’re Hiring: We are seeking a skilled IT Service and Operations Professional to drive the continuous improvement, support, and evolution of enterprise applications and systems. In this role, you will collaborate with technical teams, and service providers throughout the lifecycle of solutions, including requirements analysis, process design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
It´s a remote project, but expecting 1 days per week on-site, in Lisbon.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Lead Level - 10+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux systems.
Lead Level - Expertise in scripting and automation tools; Shell scripting, Ansible, Puppet.
Lead Level - Strong understanding of Physical and Virtual environments.
Senior Level – Linux services config/knowledge.
Mid-Level - Knowledge/config of offband managing controllers; iDrac/iLO.
Need to speak English fluently.
Nice to Have:
Senior Level - Monitoring systems; Grafana, CheckMQ, Datadog,
Senior Level – CI/CD GIT proficiency.
