As a Claims Handler (Liquidatore Sinistri), you will act as a true Lifetime Partner to our clients, ensuring fair, transparent, and empathetic resolution during their moments of need. You will execute end-to-end management of a diversified portfolio of P&C claims, evaluating legal, technical, and contractual frameworks to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of complex P&C insurance claims (Property, Liability, and Auto) from notification through final settlement in strict compliance with local regulatory standards. Analyze policy coverage parameters, police reports, and third-party expert findings to determine contract applicability and liability validation. Direct negotiations with claimants, brokers, legal representatives, and counterparty insurers to secure equitable transactive settlements. Coordinate with an external network of trusted service providers, including loss adjusters, medical experts, and legal consultants, to expedite processing. Maintain accurate financial reserves per local IVASS guidelines and actively track operational KPIs (speed of closure, average cost, and candidate satisfaction scores). Work Experience Qualifications and Education: Master’s Degree in Law (Giurisprudenza), Economics, or an equivalent legal/analytical field. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in claims handling or legal P&C operations within a structured insurance corporate environment or a specialized legal practice. Technical and Professional Competencies: Thorough knowledge of Italian insurance law, Civil Code frameworks, and direct compensation mechanisms (CARD system). Comproven mediation and negotiation skills with the capability to manage complex stakeholder situations with diplomacy and emotional maturity. Strong analytical capability to interpret percussive reports and technical data for accurate loss estimation. Familiarity with enterprise software suites, core insurance data networks, and talent analytics portals. Native fluency in Italian; professional proficiency in English is required to enable cross-border mobility opportunities across the Group.
