Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Actively contribute to strategic technology consulting projects, with the opportunity to coordinate and provide operational oversight to project teams;
• Independently plan, execute and/or coordinate activities and deliverables within projects or specific project workstreams;
• Manage day-to-day client interactions responsibly and effectively, within your scope of responsibility;
• Identify, assess and solve complex problems through structured and critical analysis;
• Think strategically about technology organisational architectures and/or the design and redesign of operating models.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Management, or arelated field;
• 1 to 7 years of professional experience in IT Advisory projects;
• Experience in the design and redesign of operating models;
• Experience analysing and defining Information Systems strategic plans;
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture projects;
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify solutions tailored to each client’s specific context;
• Previous experience in IT consulting services will be highly valued;
• Certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF or IT4IT will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different environments;
• Previous experience in organisational transformation based on Agile methodologies, such as SAFe or Scrum, will be valued;
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory;
• Strong client and results orientation;
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
