Litigation Associate Attorney

Growing National Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Law Practice in San Diego, LA or in SF. This can be a remote/hybrid role. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to achieve successful outcomes Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the State Bar and in good standing Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
