ADLI Law Group P.C. is hiring a Litigation Associate with 6–10 years of experience in employment defense and civil litigation. This remote position is ideal for a California-barred attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-ready environment. You'll handle cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and appearing in both state and federal court.

About the Role

ADLI Law Group is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate (6–10 years experience) to support our dynamic Employment Defense and Civil Litigation practice. This is a remote position, ideal for a self-motivated litigator looking to play a key role in active state and federal dockets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of employment defense and civil litigation cases from inception through trial
• Attend hearings, discovery conferences, pretrial, and trial proceedings
• Draft pleadings, discovery, law and motion, and settlement communications
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Provide support across the firm’s general litigation docket as needed

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar License
• 6–10 years litigation experience, including substantial civil and employment defense work
• Confident in both state and federal court procedure and filing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, SharePoint)
• Adobe PDF, DocuSign
• Law firm management or case management software (Centerbase, Clio, etc.)
