We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional to join our specialized debt collection team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complex cases

• Collaborating with various company departments, working with a high degree of autonomy

• A solid track record of at least 3 years in a commercial environment is required. Experience in debt collection within the Swiss enforcement and judicial system (legal collection) is considered an advantage.

• Excellent command of German (C1 level, written and spoken), good knowledge of Italian (B2 level, written and spoken).

• Strong results-oriented mindset, with good organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to work with full autonomy while maintaining a strong team spirit is essential.
