Live Chat Support Agent

In this staff position, you will be monitoring visitors in our website and attending to their needs. You'll be answering chat requests and tickets, offline messages and other endeavours. You should forward all urgent issues to our moderators or helpers as soon as possible. You will be getting a "Customer Support" badge on Discord and you could be eligible for free ranks or perks. Note that you will have the Helper rank in-game. This is a volunteer job, a branch of the Helper position.
