Role Description The Live Streamer role at Remoxus is a remote position based in Indonesia. This role is responsible for planning, hosting, and managing live video streams across platforms, engaging audiences in real time, and maintaining a consistent on-camera presence. Daily tasks include preparing content outlines, setting up streaming equipment, collaborating with the production and marketing teams, and monitoring audience feedback and analytics to improve performance. The Live Streamer also works on creating highlights or repurposed content from live sessions, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring that all streams align with brand guidelines and communication standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and refine high-quality live and recorded content.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage audiences, present clearly on camera, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and YouTube-related skills to optimize streams for audience growth, promotion, and platform best practices.
• Experience with live streaming platforms, basic lighting and audio setup, and streaming software (e.g., OBS or similar tools) is beneficial.
• Ability to work remote, maintain a professional on-camera presence, and adapt quickly to audience interactions and feedback.
• Prior experience in content creation, broadcasting, or social media is an advantage; a background in media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
