About the Role

This is NOT a corporate sales role. If you’ve only sold software, insurance, or real estate, this is probably not for you.

We are looking for someone who knows the live streaming / voice chat / social entertainment industry inside out — not a traditional salesperson. Your job is to identify, sign, and activate live streaming agencies (not individual streamers, not end-users) in Egypt and Morocco.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to existing live streaming agencies, streamer networks, and content creator groups in your market
• Pitch and negotiate cooperation agreements, and drive agencies through the full onboarding process
• Work closely with agencies to ensure they go live and stay active — not just sign and forget
• Provide ongoing support to help agencies grow their streamer base and revenue
• Feed back market insights to help our operations team improve conversion and retention

Requirements

• Based in Egypt or Morocco
• You already know the local live streaming ecosystem — you know who the agencies are, how they operate, and what they care about
• Experience in agency management, streamer recruitment, platform operations, or channel BD — we care more about industry knowledge than a "BD" title
• Self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions — you can build your own pipeline and manage your own time
• Strong negotiation and communication skills — you can push back and drive decisions

Compensation

Base retainer: $120/month

• Commission: performance bonuses + revenue share from agencies you bring in
• Referral bonus: earn from BD recruits you refer
• Earning potential:
• Entry-level BD: $200–500/month
• Consistent performer: $500–1,000/month
• Top performer: $1,000+/month (uncapped)
