🚀 LLM RESEARCHER / GENERATIVE AI ENGINEER

We're looking for an ambitious LLM Researcher / Generative AI Engineer to build intelligent AI applications, develop advanced AI agents and turn cutting-edge research into real-world business solutions.

💡 WHAT YOU'LL DO

✅ Develop LLM-powered applications and intelligent AI agents.

✅ Build RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.

✅ Experiment with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.

✅ Take AI prototypes from proof of concept to production.

✅ Deploy scalable AI solutions using AWS, Azure or GCP.

✅ Work directly with clients to turn business challenges into innovative AI solutions.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

✔️ At least 1 year of hands-on LLM or Generative AI development.

✔️ At least 3 years of software development experience.

✔️ Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.

✔️ Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.

✔️ Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

✔️ Native-level Japanese proficiency.

⭐ Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG or multi-agent architectures is a major plus!
