LMS Implementation Specialist

At ISQe, we are looking for an LMS Implementation Specialist to join our Talent Applications team.
You will have the opportunity to work on national and international projects, implementing SaaS solutions across Talent Management, Learning, Recruitment and Performance, working directly with clients and contributing to the success of their digital transformation initiatives.

What your day-to-day will look like

Gather and analyse functional requirements
Configure and customise SaaS solutions
Manage and monitor implementation projects
Train and support platform administrators and users
Provide functional support and guidance to clients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementations

What we’re looking for

A relevant degree in Human Resources, Management, Information Technology, Education Sciences, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience implementing SaaS solutions, preferably Talent Management platforms, LMS or HRIS, such as Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Taleo, or similar solutions
Experience in project management and direct client interaction
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Basic HTML knowledge for platform configuration and customisation
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail
Autonomy, adaptability and a proactive approach to new challenges
Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluency in English or French, both spoken and written, is required. Knowledge of both languages will be considered a plus.
