About the Role

Secret Women Hub is an exclusive network dedicated to connecting, empowering, and supporting entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders across Greater Vancouver.

We are looking for an outgoing, well-networked Local Business Connector to help expand our community. In this 100% flexible, independent contract role, your focus is introducing local business owners and women entrepreneurs to our hub through casual social sharing, warm outreach, and personal connections.

Role Structure: This is an independent B2B referral role. There are no mandatory events to host or attend—you have full autonomy to share the hub using your own social channels, content, or personal network on your own time.
Key Responsibilities

• Warm Outreach: Reach out directly to entrepreneurs, business owners, or professional contacts in your existing network who would benefit from joining.
• Community Invitations: Invite new members to our platform, masterminds, and digital initiatives.
• Casual Social Sharing: Share community updates or highlights on your preferred social media channels when it feels natural.
• Event & Program Promotion: Help introduce local business owners to upcoming workshops, masterminds, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Based in Greater Vancouver, BC (or strongly connected to the Lower Mainland business community).
• Natural "connector" who enjoys networking, building relationships, and supporting local business owners.
• Active on social media or professional channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Self-motivated and comfortable working completely independently on your own schedule.
