Location: Any approved city or region | Engagement: Independent revenue-share partnership | Compensation: Agreed share of eligible local revenue | Experience: Local market network and business-building capability

Lead the expansion of Kognitiv Academy in an agreed city or region through an entrepreneurial, non-salaried commercial partnership. Build partnerships, source demand and coordinate local opportunities while working within the Academy’s brand, quality and operating standards.

What you will lead

  • Develop a city or regional market plan with target learners, employers, venues and delivery partners.

  • Source partnerships with companies, universities, community organisations and local institutions.

  • Generate demand for programmes and coordinate a qualified local sales pipeline.

  • Identify faculty, venue and event opportunities and connect them to the central team.

  • Coordinate approved pilots, learning events and launch activities.

  • Report pipeline, conversion, partner feedback and delivery feasibility on an agreed cadence.

Commercial partnership model

  • No guaranteed salary or employment benefits: this is a commercial revenue-share opportunity.

  • Revenue share, attributable sales, eligible deductions, settlement timing and payment conditions will be defined in a signed agreement.

  • The Academy retains final approval over prices, programme claims, licensing, educational quality and use of the brand.

  • No automatic exclusive territory, power to sign contracts or authority to represent a licensed director unless expressly granted.

  • All commercial activity and any local entity, licensing or work-authorisation requirements must be cleared before launch.

Who fits

  • Established local professional network and proven business development or community leadership ability.

  • Ability to operate independently, build trust and move opportunities from introduction to conversion.

  • Experience in education, training, startups or B2B partnerships is beneficial.

  • Strong written and spoken English; relevant local languages are an advantage.

First 90 days

  • Agree target geography, responsibilities and signed commercial terms.

  • Produce a concise market map and prioritised partner pipeline.

  • Secure introductory meetings, validate demand and propose the first compliant local pilot.

Success measures

  • Qualified local pipeline, contracted partnerships and attributable collected revenue.

  • Launch readiness, quality of local delivery and learner satisfaction.

  • Sustainable contribution after direct local delivery costs.

Application: Please share a CV/profile, a short note on relevant experience and examples of work or projects where appropriate.
