The Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Localization Manager to lead localization initiatives, coordinate multilingual content projects, and support international expansion across digital products and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localization strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Manage multilingual content and localization projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate translations across websites, mobile apps, marketing campaigns, product content, and customer communications.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Content, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage relationships with translation vendors, freelancers, and language service providers.
• Maintain localization workflows, terminology databases, glossaries, and style guides.
• Review localized content to ensure quality, consistency, and cultural relevance.
• Coordinate localization schedules, priorities, and project timelines.
• Support international product launches and market expansion initiatives.
• Monitor localization KPIs, project performance, and delivery quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve localization processes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain localization documentation, reports, and project records.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about localization technologies, AI translation tools, and industry best practices.
• Promote collaboration across global teams and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in localization, translation management, content operations, international marketing, or a related role.
• Good understanding of localization workflows and multilingual content management.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality management abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with CAT tools, translation management systems, or localization platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with website, app, or software localization is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• UAE or GCC experience is an advantage but not required.
• Relevant localization or language certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
