Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support a busy logistics and supply chain team. This role is ideal for someone with logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience who enjoys working with data, tracking shipments, solving problems, and coordinating with multiple teams. You'll help manage product movement from origin to delivery, maintain logistics records, support shipping and receiving operations, and work closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure inventory and shipments move efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from vendors, factories, and distribution centers Track products and shipments from origin through final delivery Create and maintain shipping, import/export, and logistics documentation Work with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners Schedule deliveries and pickups with warehouse teams Research and resolve shipment delays, transit issues, or inventory discrepancies Process claims for lost or damaged goods Update logistics databases, scorecards, and tracking reports Support shipping and receiving operations as needed Assist with inventory transactions and warehouse record accuracy Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & Logistics Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Contract Length: 6-month contract Location: Carlsbad, CA Work Setting: Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday Remote Fridays Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM 40 hours per week Start Date: September 2026 Requirements Must-Have 1-2 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse, or related experience Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Familiarity with inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Experience working with databases, ERP systems, or logistics tracking systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external service providers Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States Nice-to-Have Experience with Microsoft D365 Experience supporting import/export or international logistics processes Experience working with freight carriers, customs brokers, or third-party logistics providers (3PLs) Experience creating logistics reports, scorecards, or shipment tracking documentation Why Candidates Like This Opportunity Hybrid schedule with remote work every Friday Exposure to both domestic and international logistics operations Opportunity to build experience across transportation, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse functions Collaborative team environment with cross-functional exposure Flexible workday start times Great opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in logistics and supply chain operations Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
