Logistics Coordinator - Project Based

Position: Logistics Coordinator Work Setup: Work from Home Looking for an Operations Support Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting daily operations, flow, and logistics of eCommerce marketplaces and direct-to-consumer orders. This role reports directly to Manager, Sales Channel Operations supporting order flow, system issue resolution, and EDI messaging. We are looking for a collaborative team player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment undergoing rapid growth. A successful candidate will use great communication skills and provide high-quality service to all stakeholders. How you will make an impact: Oversee order fulfillment process from receipt of order through successful delivery to the customer for eCommerce marketplaces and specialty retailers. Partner with 3PL in management of the open order report to ensure orders are routed and shipped within the appropriate time frame. Review customer vendor guides and communicate any changes and/or updates to our 3PL partner. Partner with 3PL in management of the open order report to ensure orders are routed and shipped within the appropriate time frame. Order customer specific product level labeling and packaging as per vendor guides. Process and manage product requests for sales, marketing, promotions, licensors, and employees. Required: 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, and/or supply chain providing operational support for wholesale and direct-to-consumer accounts Experience working within ERP and vendor portal Preferred: Experience working with a 3PL is a plus experience with MS Dynamics 365, SPS Commerce is a plus
