- Assist with warehouse fit-outs, process implementation, testing, commissioning, and launch activities where required.
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Monitor key operational metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Automation, Solution Design, Procurement, and Project Management to deliver operational and strategic initiatives.
- Support standardisation and best-practice sharing across the regional Contract Logistics network.
- Promote a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

- 3-5 years of experience in logistics engineering, warehouse operations, contract logistics, operational excellence, or implementation projects, ideally across multiple industries (Automotive, Chemicals, Industrial)
- Knowledge of labour planning, capacity modelling, productivity analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyse operational data and translate findings into practical business improvements.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics technologies, or operational performance reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualisation or reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. A proactive approach to learning, continuous improvement, and professional development, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
