About Keystone Technologies:

Founded in 1945, Keystone Technologies is a third-generation, family-owned business headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia area. A national leader in the commercial and industrial lighting industry, Keystone reaches customers across the U.S. with its mission of "Light Made Easy."

Who We Are:

We’re not your typical lighting company — and we like it that way. At Keystone, we move fast, think big, and challenge the status quo to deliver on our promise of Light Made Easy®. Our team thrives on new ideas, supports one another, aims high, works hard, and laughs often. And we always put people first — whether that’s our customers, partners, or each other. If you’re passionate about growing, collaborating, and making a difference, you’ll feel right at home here.

Our Core Values

  • Wow Customers: Every interaction is an opportunity to show how much we care and appreciate all our customers, internal and external, so we create unique experiences that go above and beyond their expectations.
  • Grow Passionately: We embrace growth through creativity, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn. Our work isn’t just about achieving more; it’s about evolving personally and professionally, transforming at every opportunity.
  • Do Right: It’s not just good ethics to do the right thing; it’s good business. We uphold the highest integrity, and we do the right thing even when it’s hard. Why? Because trust is our most important currency.
  • Value People: We come from a range of backgrounds, affiliations, and experiences. We honor everybody’s story and build lifelong relationships, whether with colleagues, customers, or partners, because to reach our fullest potential means empowering people to thrive.
  • Challenge Convention: We refuse to blindly accept the status quo. With agility, courage, and tenacity, we continuously improve — asking tough questions, looking beyond surfaces, and not stopping to rest on our accomplishments.

What we offer:

Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, employer-paid group life insurance, short-term disability, a 401k plan with company match, paid time off, and philanthropic opportunities.

The Opportunity:

The Supply Chain team plays an integral part in maintaining Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise. The team increases competitiveness and customer satisfaction by maximizing service levels and minimizing costs. With a multitude of players in Keystone’s global supply chain, the Logistics Manager oversees all cargo in transit and ensures all parties – suppliers, sales personnel, operations personnel and customers – have reliable and timely information relating to the delivery of goods. The person in this role leads a highly performing team of internal associates in conjunction with a variety of transportation partners, with the ultimate objective of meeting customer demand.

Your Impact:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 to 4 Logistics team members, including goal setting, performance evaluations, career development, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

  • Lead change management efforts for new processes, tools, and systems within the Logistics Department, gaining buy-in from internal teams and external partners and driving sustained adoption.

  • Serve as a key member of major system implementations, most notably a Transportation Management System (TMS), including requirements gathering, testing, process redesign, and user training.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics for logistics operations, and use them to identify problems, drive improvement, and hold internal teams and partners accountable.

  • Manage and analyze inbound transportation spend against budget, report on cost drivers and variances, and identify opportunities to improve service levels while reducing overall logistics costs.

  • Lead cost savings initiatives across inbound logistics, with a focus on container management and the reduction of Extra Container Fees (demurrage, detention, storage, prepull, and other accessorial container charges).

  • Manage the booking process of all ocean and air bookings with suppliers and forwarders.

  • Maintain critical data in the company’s ERP for tracking the movement of cargo in transit with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Audit system inputs to ensure data accuracy.

  • Work with transportation partners and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries and process shipment receipts.

  • Work with the procurement team to provide costs and routing information needed to make expediting decisions.

  • Arrange special-order shipments and monitor to completion.

  • Work with procurement, fulfillment, and sales teams, as well as suppliers and forwarders, to identify and resolve challenges in meeting customer demand.

  • Ensure accurate billing from suppliers, forwarders, and transportation partners.

  • Coordinate Product Quality corrective actions.

  • Manage the direct-to-customer drop ship process.

  • Manage P21 external supplier inventory locations.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive logistics leadership experience. Experience managing a team is required.

  • Demonstrated experience leading system implementations and change initiatives, including gaining buy-in from internal teams and external partners, training staff, and sustaining adoption after go-live; TMS implementation experience is required.

  • Superior Microsoft Excel Skills.

  • Excellent technical and analytical skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with Prophet 21, SQL, and/or Smoothie preferred.

  • Superior organizational skills and discipline, and the ability to lead a team with the same qualities.

  • Proactive in using AI platforms to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and develop efficiencies within the Logistics department.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Uphold and implement Keystone’s Core Values, consistently aligning actions and decisions that reflect the core principles.
