Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations and managing communication channels within the transportation team. The coordinator will handle shipment coordination, data analysis for APAC shipments, and develop operational playbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication workflows and operational handovers.
- Liaise with freight forwarders for shipment arrangements and quotes.
- Gather information on logistics partners to create operational guides.
- Analyze data to track and improve day-to-day transportation shipments.
- Redirect incoming communications to the appropriate team members.
- Proven experience managing high-volume email inboxes.
- Familiarity with transportation and freight forwarding processes.
- Adaptable and positive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
