We are recruiting on behalf of an established international distribution and procurement business with operations across multiple global markets. They are looking for a Logistics & Sourcing Coordinator to support their sourcing and international shipping activities in South Korea.

This is a remote, home-based position, working closely with the Korea Sourcing Manager and coordinating with Korean suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and the wider international procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day sourcing, supplier and shipping activities

• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on production and delivery timelines

• Communicate with Korean suppliers in both Korean and English

• Coordinate shipment bookings with suppliers, freight forwarders and shipping lines

• Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular status updates

• Follow up on delays, discrepancies, missing documents and shipment-related issues

• Review shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), for accuracy

• Coordinate B/L corrections and other documentation amendments

• Ensure required shipping documents are received accurately and on time

• Escalate supplier or shipment issues where necessary

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in Korean and English

• Based in South Korea and comfortable working remotely

• Experience in logistics, shipping, sourcing, procurement or supply chain coordination

• Experience dealing with suppliers, freight forwarders and/or shipping lines

• Good understanding of international shipping documentation, particularly Bills of Lading (B/L)

• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills

• Comfortable working independently within an international team
