Job Responsibilities / 工作職責

• Support daily EHS, Quality, and Logistics operations and improve material receiving, issuing, warehousing, and material flow processes.
  支援日常 EHS、品質與物流作業，改善原物料收發料、倉儲及物料流動流程。
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Import/Export and Bonded Logistics teams on production schedules, material requirements, inbound/outbound plans, customs activities, and operational priorities.
  與生產、倉儲及進出口／保稅物流團隊協調生產排程、物料需求、進出貨計畫、通關作業及作業優先順序。
• Monitor production plans, material availability, inbound/outbound status, and warehouse capacity; identify potential shortages or logistics constraints and coordinate actions to minimize production impact.
  追蹤生產計畫、物料供應、進出貨狀態及倉儲容量，提前識別缺料或物流瓶頸並協調改善，降低對生產之影響。
• Analyze material demand, logistics workload, warehouse capacity, and operational data to support production planning and identify improvement opportunities.
  分析物料需求、物流工作量、倉儲產能及營運數據，支援生產規劃並找出改善機會。
• Plan and execute logistics improvement projects, including data analysis, root cause analysis, solution implementation, progress tracking, and effectiveness verification.
  規劃並執行物流改善專案，包括數據分析、根因分析、方案執行、進度追蹤及成效驗證。
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates to communicate project status, findings, risks, actions, and results.
  製作專案報告、簡報及進度更新，清楚呈現專案狀態、分析結果、風險、行動項目及成果。
• Monitor on-site and external warehouse performance, including inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, material flow, and consistency between physical inventory and system records.
  監控本廠及外部倉庫績效，包括庫存準確度、作業效率、物料流動及實體庫存與系統帳務一致性。
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering/Technology, Import/Export, Bonded Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support production and delivery commitments.
  與生產、供應鏈管理、品質、製造工程／技術、進出口、保稅物流及其他跨部門團隊合作，解決作業問題並支援生產與交期達成。
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical or automation tools to improve data visibility, reporting efficiency, and operational decision-making.
  建立儀表板、報表及數據分析／自動化工具，提升資訊透明度、報表效率及營運決策品質。
• Lead or support Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities to improve logistics efficiency, operational stability, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
  主導或支援持續改善（CIP）活動，提升物流效率、作業穩定度、品質、生產力及成本績效。

Job Qualifications / 任職資格

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business/Management, Information Management, or a related engineering or management discipline.
  工程、物流、供應鏈、企業／管理、資訊管理或其他工程與管理相關科系大學以上學歷。
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, production planning, manufacturing, import/export, bonded logistics, or related operations is preferred.
  具物流、倉儲、供應鏈、生管、製造、進出口、保稅物流或相關作業經驗者佳。
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand production schedules and material flow and coordinate effectively across functions.
  具良好的數據分析與問題解決能力，能理解生產排程與物料流動，並有效進行跨部門協調。
• Demonstrated project planning and execution skills, including data analysis, progress tracking, implementation, and project reporting.
  具專案規劃與執行能力，包括數據分析、進度追蹤、方案執行及專案報告製作。
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Python, or other data analysis and automation tools is highly preferred.
  熟悉 Microsoft Excel 及 PowerPoint；具 Power BI、Python 或其他數據分析與自動化工具經驗者尤佳。
• Basic English communication and reporting skills, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities.
  具基本英文溝通與報告能力，並具良好的溝通、協調及團隊合作能力。
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to work closely with shopfloor operations.
