In unserem Werk Neumünster stellen wir Flaschen und Kanister aus modernen Kunststoffen für die verschiedensten Einsatzbereiche in der chemischen und petrochemischen Industrie her.
Wir suchen ab sofort einen Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) für das Werk Neumünster.
Aufgaben
- Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft für ca. 250 Mitarbeiter an drei Standorten
- Erfassung und Pflege von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
- Personaladministration, Entgeltabrechnung und Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
- Korrespondenz mit Ämtern, Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Versicherungen
- Zuarbeit bei Reportings und Auswertungen
Anforderungen
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Lohnabrechnung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, speziell in MS Office
- Gute Teamfähigkeit
