HumanTouch is seeking a Low-Code/No-Code Application Developer to turn customer requirements and use cases into working enterprise applications using low-code/no-code platforms. You will build the screens, workflows, business rules, application data structures, and visualizations that support customer operations.
You will use platform configuration, prompt engineering, and AI tools to build applications, with responsibility for testing, documentation, and production troubleshooting. You will work with business analysts, customers, and integration specialists as part of an Agile delivery team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Turn business requirements and customer use cases into application designs, workflows, business rules, and user-facing features.
- Build low-code/no-code applications through platform configuration and prompt engineering, including screens, forms, workflows, business rules, permissions, and AI-enabled features. Test and refine prompts and agent instructions to achieve the intended behavior.
- Apply usability practices and relevant Section 508 accessibility requirements to screens, forms, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Structure application records, fields, relationships, and calculations to support workflows and reporting. Analyze data and select appropriate measures, aggregations, and visualizations to answer customer business questions.
- Develop and refine prompts, reusable AI projects, and agents using approved tools. Verify generated configurations, scripts, analysis, and documentation against requirements and supporting evidence.
- Configure how source data maps to application fields and validate that the application uses the data correctly.
- Develop and execute unit tests for rules, calculations, scripts, and workflow components. Maintain repeatable test cases and document defects.
- Execute application, accessibility, and regression tests covering expected behavior, exceptions, permissions, and failure scenarios. Verify calculations, reports, and visualizations against requirements and source data.
- Support customer acceptance testing to confirm that applications meet agreed requirements.
- Troubleshoot production applications, diagnose and resolve defects, and verify corrections through testing.
- Maintain documentation of application configuration, workflows, and support procedures.
- Participate in Agile planning, demonstrations, and peer reviews.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting growth and proposal efforts, as well as expanding business within your assigned portfolio.
