Loyalty Marketing Campaign Manager (6-Month FTC)
Luton | Full-time | Hybrid
20% bonus • 7% pension • Staff travel benefits
We support hybrid working
You’re at your best when there’s a big launch to land, lots of moving parts and no room for missed deadlines.
You know how to turn a go-to-market plan into brilliantly coordinated activity, bringing agencies, stakeholders and campaign workstreams together at pace. If you want to play a hands-on role in launching easyJet’s new loyalty programme, this six-month opportunity puts you right at the heart of it.
The opportunity
As Loyalty Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll help deliver the launch of easyJet’s new loyalty programme. Reporting to the Senior Loyalty Marketing Lead, you’ll coordinate the go-to-market plan and make sure campaigns, communications and launch activity come together consistently and on time.
The role has been created to add delivery capacity during programme launch. You’ll be the central point of coordination across marketing teams, agencies and loyalty partners, helping turn plans into activity that builds awareness, attracts members and supports early engagement.
“This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen. You’ll need to be organised, calm when priorities move and brilliant at bringing different teams and agencies together. You’ll have a real hand in how our new loyalty programme shows up to customers from day one.”
Senior Loyalty Marketing Lead, easyJet
The team & culture
You’ll sit at the centre of a broad launch team, working closely with Marketing, Media, creative and production agencies, loyalty partners and stakeholders across the business. It’s a fast-moving environment where clear communication, practical problem-solving and strong organisation make a visible difference.
At easyJet, our Orange Spirit means being bold, welcoming and always real. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership, keep people aligned and speak up early when a dependency or risk could affect delivery.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll coordinate loyalty campaigns and launch activity across teams and agencies, building clear delivery plans, timelines and milestones so everyone knows what needs to happen and when.
You’ll brief creative and agency partners, coordinate assets and communications, and work with Media teams and agencies to make sure activity is planned, activated and optimised against agreed objectives.
You’ll manage approvals and stakeholder sign-offs, keep activity aligned with programme messaging and easyJet brand guidelines, and support loyalty partners with their campaign development.
You’ll track delivery and performance, provide clear progress updates and flag risks or issues early. After launch, you’ll help capture what worked, what didn’t and what should change for future campaigns.
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring hands-on marketing campaign delivery experience across brand, creative and media. Experience supporting a large-scale product or proposition launch would be particularly useful.
You’re comfortable managing several campaigns and workstreams at once and have strong experience working with creative, media and production agencies.
You’ll be highly organised with strong project management skills and close attention to detail. You know how to manage timelines, dependencies and approval processes without losing sight of the customer or the overall objective.
You’ll communicate clearly, work confidently with cross-functional stakeholders and understand how marketing activity supports commercial goals. Just as importantly, you’ll be comfortable adapting quickly as launch priorities evolve.
What you’ll get
> Competitive base salary + up to 20% bonus
> 7% employer pension contribution
> Private medical insurance
> 25 days holiday + bank holidays
> Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday
> Excellent staff travel benefits
> Flexible benefits package including share schemes
