Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs. Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to LPC-Associate and LPC candidates pursuing licensure. Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and regulatory standards. Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches and crisis intervention techniques.
