Luxury Concierge - Mexico

Casita is hiring a Pre-Arrival Luxury Concierge to help guests have an exceptional stay on their next trip to Mexico.

This is a remote, guest-facing role for someone who knows Mexico well, is bilingual (Spanish and English), and is organized, resourceful, warm, and confident selling and coordinating premium travel services.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to guests after they book and become their concierge lead

• Learn each group’s needs and recommend relevant services

• Coordinate services such as airport transfers, groceries, chefs, boat/yacht trips, celebrations, and local experiences

• Build and maintain a trusted network of local providers across our destinations

• Work with on-site property teams to confirm what is available for each home

• Negotiate provider rates and commission structures

• Track requests, bookings, service delivery, and commissions

What we’re looking for

• Deep, first-hand knowledge of Mexico - you've spent significant time here and know the difference between Puerto Escondido, Valle de Bravo, Todos Santos, Cabo, etc. without looking it up

• Experience in hospitality, concierge, travel, sales, vacation rentals, or client service

• Bilingual professional fluency in Spanish and English with strong written communication skills

• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across Mexico

• Sales or commission-based service experience is a plus

Compensation

• Flat fee per confirmed Casita booking handled

• Commission on concierge services sold

• Flexible remote role with room to grow as booking volume increases
